Explore how to utilize your home’s inaccessible equity through our finance partner, to unlock rebates for energy efficiency products in our marketplace.
Receive Rebates Every Quarter
Every quarter, our finance partner notifies Archanaut of the rebate amount you are eligible for. This will align with your energy retrofit plan, making it simple to afford the products and services you need.
Connect with Pre-Approved Tradespersons and Suppliers
Use our directory to connect with our network of pre-approved tradespersons and suppliers. Only they are eligible to receive rebate payments, ensuring quality and trust.
Invoice Handling and Payment
Archanaut handles the payment by receiving a copy of your invoice and co-ordinating with our finance partner to pay it. We confirm with photographic evidence that the improvement was installed in your own property. We then update your energy retrofit plan accordingly.
Alternatively, bring your own finance
We understand everyone's needs differ. So we let you organise your own finance, it is entirely up to you. Our network of experts are ready to assist you either way.
Achieve Net-Zero and Future Climate Readiness
Once your home is upgraded and climate-ready, your preferred agent can list it with our validated energy efficiency scorecard on our real estate portal when you decide to move, ensuring optimum buyers or renters reach your listing and benefit from Archanaut's services.
Reporting and Rate Discounts
Archanaut supplies a net-zero status report on your property to our finance partner, who then provides this data to their partner banks, maintaining a feedback loop on your home’s energy status, and opening up options for green home loans with further discounts on your mortgage.
